MR TIMOTHY ADE OJELEYE (Managing Director)
Timothy Ade Ojeleye is a highly experienced accountant with over 30 years experience and has worked in the manufacturing and banking sectors . He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of the United Kingdom and also holds an MBA Degree from Edinburgh Business School. Herriot- Watt University, Scotland.
He has held various positions such as Chief Accountant, General Manager and Deputy Managing Director. He was the first Nigerian Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Steyr Nigeria Limited. Due to his personal commitment and hard work, he was able to turn around the Company from heavy debt portfolio to a profitable company. He is going to use this experience to support Pericom Bioenergy and Fertilizers Company Limited The Company can, therefore, count on his marketing, financial and business experience for its growth.
Mr Ojeleye is an entrepreneur and has set up other successful organizations. He is also the chairman of Great Platinum Schools, a growing school which was set up in 2012, Timvic Nigeria Limited a company engaged in water engineering and Pericom Nigeria Limited.
MR PHILIP ADELEKE ADEPOJU (Director)
Philip Adeleke Adepoju is one of the Directors of the Company. He was the Director of Technology at the Lagos State Polytechnic. He has a First Class Bachelors Degree obtained in Food Technology from the University of Ibadan. He also has Masters Degrees in Bio-Chemical Engineering from the University of London and an MBA degree from the University of Lagos. Mr. Adepoju brings his experience as a Bio Chemical Engineer and Food Technologist to bear on the business of the Company in the area of new products development, feasibility study, market analysis and project management
ENGINEER ADEKUNLE ADEJUWON ADENIYI
He is the Project Manager Construction. He is a graduate of Civil Engineering with Upper Credit Level obtained in 1985 from the Polytechnic Ibadan. Engr., Adeniyi has to his credit 25 years of Civil Engineering experience having worked with NIKKO Engineering as Project Engineer, Senior/Principal Engineer, Chief Engineer and Site Agent. He was directly responsible for the following Projects: Swashi Dams and Irrigation Project, Kompe Irrigation Project, Kubli Concrete Gravity Dam. Engr., Adeniyi brings the accumulated – experience of over Twenty Five years into Pericom Nigeria Limited.
ENGINEER KASALI OMOTOSHO ADEDEJI
He is a graduate of Agricultural Engineering from the University of Ife. He graduated in 1986 and worked for 15 years with NICCO Engineering mainly on Dam and Irrigation Structure before joining Pericom in 2006. He was the Engineer in charge of Ejiba Earth Dam, a 2 kilometre Dam. He was also the Engineer in charge of Mokoloki Weir. He was the project manager for Iloko Earth Dam. He specializes in Dam Embankment and Spill way. He is the Project Manager in charge of Kagoro and Kudan Dams.
ENGINEER RAPHEAL OLU DAVIDS
He has a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Engineering and Masters Degree in Soil and Water Engineering from the University of Ibadan. He has been involved in the dam projects and was the site Engineer for Dam and Irrigation projects.
ENGINEER JIBRIL JOSEPH SABI
He is a graduate of Agricultural Engineering obtained from Ahmadu Bello University. He was involved in the Irrigation Project in Kware, Offorachi Irrigation Project and currently is working on the Kagoro and Kudan Dam Project.
